Requirements
  • A portfolio demonstrating original digital designs, such as ad creatives, landing pages, or web design.
  • Confidence using Figma or professional design tools.
  • Experience with performance creatives for paid social or paid search, supported by metrics such as click-through rate, cost per lead, or creative tests.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver at a high pace.
  • Fluency in German.
Responsibilities
  • Conceive and design ad creatives and landing pages for B2B clients, translating positioning and offers into designs that perform.
  • Create digital creatives and landing pages for clients scaling significant budgets.
  • Own the design, story, and messaging for entire client accounts.
  • Use performance feedback to evaluate results and iterate on creative work.
  • Develop creative strategy for new campaigns and participate in strategy meetings.
  • Create creatives and landing pages from hook and message through finished Figma design for Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Handle several clients in parallel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understand B2B target groups and translate positioning and offers into designs.
  • Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct structured creative testing using hypotheses, variants, and evaluation.
  • Handle several clients in parallel.
  • Agency background.
  • Motion design or video-editing experience, such as with After Effects or Premiere.
  • Use AI tools for image, video, or copy production.
  • Experience with copywriting or Webflow.
