Requirements
  • 5+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem implementing Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud
  • Ability to architect integrations with other Salesforce products including Service and Sales Clouds
  • Consulting and implementation experience with MC Personalization, Data Cloud, and Tableau
  • High comfortability with the integration of standard and custom data sources
  • Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills
  • Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities
  • Marketing strategy, customer lifecycle management, journey mapping functional expertise
  • Deep understanding of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms, best practices, and knowledge of newer capabilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices and IP warming techniques
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and how to leverage the MC Connector to integrate Marketing Cloud to other systems
  • Data strategy expertise and understanding of how to align a client's data to power their marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus
  • Expertise supporting both B2B and B2C clients, lead management, and account-based marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of website/ecommerce personalization capabilities
  • Knowledge of custom reporting, channel reporting, segment reporting, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Ability to support administrative tasks in Marketing Cloud like building email and SMS journeys, automations, filtered data extensions, email scheduling, and deployment
