Requirements
  • Hold an LPN credential and a valid Delaware license.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information.
  • Be familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations.
  • Have knowledge of workers' compensation processes and health documentation standards.
  • Be proficient in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have experience with fit testing, vaccine administration, and drug screening procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct health screenings, immunization reviews, and drug screens for new employees.
  • Perform venipuncture for blood draws as needed.
  • Perform fit testing for respiratory protection as required.
  • Assist with documentation and follow-up for onboarding health requirements.
  • Check in employees for scheduled health visits.
  • Take vital signs and assist with minor clinical procedures.
  • Administer vaccines and provide health education.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee health charts and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Assist with intake and documentation of workplace injuries.
  • Coordinate follow-up care and communication with insurance providers.
  • Track and manage workers' compensation claims and related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required health and safety reports.
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Monitor trends and provide data to support health initiatives.
