Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with Dialpad's business objectives, including product launches, verticals, and other key initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, demand generation, content, creative, enablement, operations, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution.
  • Own the marketing campaign calendar and lead end-to-end project management, including timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and maximize campaign impact, while staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, including digital, social, email, events, and traditional media, while coordinating with content creators and external vendors.
  • Define clear campaign KPIs, track performance metrics, and analyze effectiveness to optimize future initiatives, providing regular updates to key stakeholders on progress and adjustments.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, iteration, and adoption of best practices, monitoring campaign spending and adjusting allocations to maximize ROI.
