  • M.Sc. degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
  • Proven track record in building and releasing AI/ML commercial products and services.
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and/or R programming language, along with SQL.
  • Experience building Agentic AI systems, fine-tuning, integrating and productionalizing LLMs; and/or price optimization and simulation using Deep-Q Networks, Monte Carlo Decision Trees, or similar methods.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional and modern AI/ML algorithms and data modelling strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrable AI projects showcasing innovation and business impact.
Responsibilities
  • Explore vast, untapped data assets and provide strategic recommendations on AI initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth applied research and implement AI solutions across diverse products and services.
  • Create, and maintain evaluation pipelines and tools for assessing AI models’ performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing systems and offerings.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives meet company goals, and effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical standards, industry best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop a roadmap for the delivery of AI and machine learning tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to build a cutting-edge data platform that unlocks the full potential of the company's data.
  • Serve as a thought leader in AI and data science, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends to enhance existing products.
