Requirements
- Two years of experience driving a large commercial vehicle.
- A Commercial Driver’s License Class B license.
- A clean driving record.
- Knowledge of traffic laws.
- Ability to complete a yearly physical required for Commercial Driver’s License licensure.
- A high school diploma and/or two to three years of related administrative experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt readily to changes.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Effective follow-through with all tasks.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Working knowledge of Central Jersey Medical Center policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drive the mobile dental van to and from assigned host facilities.
- Set up and take down the van daily at the assigned location, including readying the satellite for daily use, booting up computers, maintaining water levels and fluids, and checking gauges and equipment.
- Complete daily pre-trip, destination, and departure safety inspections and maintain the daily safety log.
- Maintain complete upkeep of the van, including ensuring monthly maintenance.
