Requirements
  • Have 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS scale-ups.
  • Be accustomed to leading analytical work end to end, from data modeling through presentation to executive leadership.
  • Autonomously write SQL queries daily and have direct experience with BigQuery or an equivalent tool.
  • Have practical experience in attribution or incrementality, including building or leading a multi-touch attribution model, conducting incrementality tests, or working on Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Have experience optimizing the marketing funnel, including acquisition and activation strategy.
  • Have modeled LTV and SAC in a SaaS or subscription context using cohort-based analyses to guide budget allocation or strategic decisions.
  • Have defined marketing KPIs and a common framework, including MQLs, SQLs, and leads.
  • Have experience with data visualization tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Be proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the team's multi-touch attribution model across SEO, paid acquisition, and CRM.
  • Build and maintain a unified view of conversion journeys that can be used from the data warehouse.
  • Define and document shared conversion definitions aligned across the team.
  • Support Paid and CRM teams in measuring their impact through incrementality tests, Marketing Mix Modeling, and Causal Impact.
  • Work with Data Product Managers to ensure data models and associated flows are properly structured and maintained.
  • Track LTV and SAC by acquisition channel, segment, and cohort.
  • Build and maintain cohort retention curves for J7, J30, and J90 and identify churn points.
  • Determine which acquisition sources and segments generate the highest long-term value.
  • Develop forecasting models in close collaboration with Data and Finance teams.
  • Produce monthly LTV/SAC reporting to guide budget allocation decisions and prepare performance summaries for executive leadership.
  • Design and deploy a machine-learning lead-scoring model with the SCOPS team to determine which leads are passed to Sales and which are nurtured in CRM.
  • Translate behavioral and engagement data into a CRM-activatable scoring model in coordination with the CRM Tooling & AI specialist.
  • Evolve the lead-scoring model as new data and Sales feedback become available.
  • Ensure that data needed by the CRM Tooling & AI specialist and Digital Analyst is available, documented, and reliable.
  • Translate their needs into structured requirements for Data Product Managers.
  • Identify upstream data-quality issues and track them through resolution.
  • Act as the link between the Performance Marketing team and the Data organization.
  • Lead the team's overall performance dashboards covering acquisition, attribution, LTV/SAC, and channel contribution through daily, weekly, and monthly views.
  • Implement automated anomaly detection, AI-generated narrative summaries, and assisted exploratory analyses.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have skills in Python or R for advanced statistical modeling and machine-learning model development.
  • Understand product-led growth models and how usage data supports marketing measurement.
  • Have experience managing or supporting more junior analysts.
  • Have some knowledge of German.
