Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in concrete formwork, with 2–5 years of experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Ability to work safely, reliably, and punctually in varying weather conditions.
Physical ability to perform the work, including working at heights when required.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the Foreman/Forewoman and other trades.
Ability to solve problems and maintain attention to detail.
CSTS 2020 certification; certification can be provided.
Fall Protection ticket; certification can be provided.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble loose and gang formwork for concrete structures.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and shop drawings.
Install, align, and secure formwork and other construction components.
Pour and finish concrete as required.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary supports.
Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using hand and power tools.
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas safe and clean.
Work collaboratively with the Foreman/Forewoman and other trades on site.
Assist with handling and placing reinforcing steel, embeds, and other items cast in concrete.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Desired Qualifications
Journeyperson Carpenter ticket or equivalent experience.
High-rise construction experience.

We are currently recruiting multiple Carpenters to join our Concrete Division for fast-paced, challenging projects in Regina, SK. This role reports to the Foreman/Forewoman.

Key Responsibilities

Long-term, steady, year-round work
Overtime available
Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch per day
