Requirements
  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules for Department of Defense ACAT ID programs that capture vendor and government activities, tasks, and subtasks.
  • Project Management Professional certification, or equivalent experience serving as a Project Manager for multiple programs for five years or more.
  • Certification in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Open Plan.
  • Experience with DCMA 14 Point Schedule Metrics in accordance with DCMA-EA PAM 200.1.
  • Completed FEMA certifications in S-00100.c, Introduction to Incident Command System; ICS-100; IS-00200.c, Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response; and IS-00700.b, An Introduction to the National Incident Management System.
  • Experience authoring at least one Emergency Management Plan.
  • Experience using TMT and LCMP Tasker Systems to review tasks, assign tasking, review and consolidate task responses, and manage taskers for an entire Project Manager or Program Executive Office.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as an advisor to the Project Manager, directly supporting and reporting to the Director of Operations.
  • Provide direction, assistance, and support for operations and activities under the authority of the Project Manager.
  • Develop detailed planning related to projects and managed organizational taskers.
  • Review tasker response artifacts for completeness and quality.
  • Review acquisition-related materials, identify non-compliance with Department of Defense and Army guidance, and report non-compliances.
  • Coordinate projects and taskings related to acquisition programs across planning, development, testing, contracting, production, acquisition logistics support, and disposal phases of a weapon system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Marine Corps Program Manager Liaisons, government agencies, users, contractors, and higher-level staff organizations.
