Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience managing contingent workforce programs within tech, including MSP and VMS systems.
  • Deep understanding of HR, staffing, MSPs, VMS, employment law, and worker classifications (1099/IC).
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a cross-functional environment, with proven success in influencing at all levels.
  • Experienced in implementing Diversity & Belonging strategies, with a focus on fostering an inclusive workforce.
  • Well-versed in contingent workforce laws and regulations, with solid expertise in compliance and worker classifications.
  • Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence up, down, and across the organization.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Workday HCM is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage MSP and VMS relationships to ensure exceptional service, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Drive continuous performance optimization and evaluation of MSP and VMS relationships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend improvements for program innovation.
  • Analyze workforce data and KPIs to identify and implement areas for improvement.
  • Develop processes to meet the needs of various worker engagements (e.g., freelancers, on-demand suppliers).
  • Ensure consistent onboarding and management of all SOW (Statement of Work) engagements.
  • Provide training and guidance on worker classification and process-related inquiries.
  • Improve contingent worker processes for better user experience and reduced friction.
  • Own program compliance, including policy creation, documentation, and training.
  • Develop a labor utilization framework to guide business decisions on contingent labor.
  • Manage change within the workforce program, ensuring seamless transitions with new processes and technologies.
  • Build and implement strategies to support adoption and minimize disruptions across engagements.
