  • 8+ years experience in a management or leadership position in financial services, fintech, or related space within a fraud operations organization
  • Experience in fraud investigations and operations
  • Experience scaling and building operational teams
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and outsourced teams
  • Results-driven and forward-thinking mindset
  • Analytical skills to formulate actionable insights from data
Responsibilities
  • Lead, influence, and own strategy for the Fraud Operations team
  • Ensure team meets service level commitments and maintains high quality levels
  • Provide ongoing reporting and visibility on team performance measures
  • Establish an analytical and data-driven culture within the team and company
  • Drive employee engagement and high-performance culture
  • Leverage vendor network strategy for outsourcing work
