Requirements
  • Experience in a leadership role, such as Branch Manager, Store Manager, Market Manager, or Team Leader.
  • Initial or several years of leadership experience.
  • A trainer aptitude qualification (AEVO) is advantageous.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and affinity for numbers.
  • Organizational ability and a structured way of working.
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the entire branch and jointly manage all sales and workshop areas with the team.
  • Lead and develop the branch team.
  • Take responsibility for revenue, results, and achievement of targets.
  • Manage the entire branch's day-to-day operations.
  • Plan personnel and resource deployment.
  • Ensure customer service, quality, and smooth operations.
  • Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
Desired Qualifications
  • A trainer aptitude qualification (AEVO).
