Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Full-cycle engineering: the industrial-network role covers design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover to operating teams.
  • Technical breadth: Direct One's NOC engineer supports fibre, DWDM, and IP networks at both first and second support levels.
  • Accounting breadth: the Cluj economist role spans fixed assets, reconciliations, inventory, reporting, and audit participation.

What critics are saying

  • Nationwide deployment: industrial-network engineers must be available for project and on-site work across Romania.
  • Limited contract duration: the Cluj economist position is on-site and fixed for two years.
  • Language threshold: the Bucharest network-operations position requires advanced English and higher education in telecommunications or computing.

What makes E-INFRA unique

  • Carrier-neutral model: Direct One supplies dark fibre and bandwidth through a non-carrier telecommunications infrastructure network.
  • Open metropolitan access: Netcity makes Bucharest underground ducts and fibre available equally and transparently to telecommunications operators.
  • Founder oversight: Teofil Muresan chairs the group board, while co-founder Simion Muresan serves as vice chairman.
