Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

The Finance Systems team is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Administrator with strong IT support experience to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role you will be responsible for administration, configuration, and support for our ERP system and associated Finance Business Systems. Additionally, you will join our expanding Finance Systems team as a dynamic thought leader and champion of best IT practices! Reporting directly to Sr Manager of Finance Systems, you will collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts, Business Technology Partners, IT, and our Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day operations of NetSuite, Coupa, and other Finance Business systems
Perform system configuration, customization, and maintenance along with ensuring airtight change management, ITGC, and SDLC processes.
Manage system upgrades and release ensuring no disruption to our business partners
Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, and scripts
Work with BILL product and Eng Teams on system enhancements
Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits.
Work with Internal Audit and our External Auditors as needed
Manage user roles, permissions, SOD reviews, access controls, and supporting evidence
Provide training and support to end-users.
Provide hands-on IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

We’d love to chat if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator at a publicly traded company, with 4+ years specifically with Netsuite and Coupa systems
Hands-on IT support experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration.
Proficient in SQL and report writing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$123,800—$148,500 USD
