  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Experience managing large volumes of content creation
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects

  • Develop overall brand narrative and copy
  • Provide direction to in-house editorial/copy team and external agency partners/freelancers
  • Connect brand narratives to customer insights and business strategy
  • Support marketing team and peers in sales and customer experience teams
  • Present creative concepts & narratives convincingly to all parties
  • Lead critical efforts in partnership with Creative Director
  • Distill abstract business concepts into impactful narratives
  • Partner with marketing team and key stakeholders to deliver on business needs
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
