  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences
  • 15+ years of experience in narrative/copy creation
  • Deep experience building strong brands
  • Breadth of a portfolio demonstrating experience in understanding customer insights
  • Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Experience managing large volumes of content creation
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Strong empathy, communication, influencing, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop overall brand narrative and copy
  • Provide direction to in-house editorial/copy team and external agency partners/freelancers
  • Connect brand narratives to customer insights and business strategy
  • Support marketing team and peers in sales and customer experience teams
  • Present creative concepts & narratives convincingly to all parties
  • Lead critical efforts in partnership with Creative Director
  • Distill abstract business concepts into impactful narratives
  • Ensure consistency of marketing-driven narratives with overall brand
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
