The Team:
The Customer Success Associate will be a key member of our team. In this role, you will represent Luminate as the product subject matter expert working with a designated group or groups of clients. Day to day you’ll work with our clients along with our sales, product, and engineering teams to problem solve any questions or issues and maximize the value our customers derive from our data and products. This position will be based in our Los Angeles, CA office.
The Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients by engaging with and understanding their data requests
- Accurate and timely delivery of data requests utilizing SQL, Python, Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slide
- Lead training with customers on how to best use Luminate products to maximize their return on investment
- Collaborate with clients and internal resources to deliver data requests
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer deliverables
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion, working closely with sales and support to develop strategies and plans
- Drive overall account health via targeted engagements with regards to product usage optimization, education, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Who you are:
- 1+ year experience with SQL, Python, advanced Excel / Google Sheets and advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Comfortable with presenting and public speaking, and equipped with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get into the data
- Friendly, dynamic, and comfortable operating at all levels
- Process-driven mindset with an aptitude for business/customer analytics
- Maintains meticulous attention to detail
- We would be over the moon if you have experience or skills specifically in:
- Customer Services or Success experience in a tech company
- API process/workflow and Snowflake knowledge

For candidates based in California or New York City: Our base salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. We consider your skills and experience, what similar jobs pay at companies of our size, and ensure fair pay among colleagues. Final base salary offer amounts are determined by factors including your experience and expertise. In addition we are proud to offer additional perks and benefits that contribute and complete our total compensation package. Luminate reserves the right to change our compensation bands at any time.
