This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. Training and guidance are provided to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text
• Explain benefit options clearly and answer questions in a professional manner
• Build strong client relationships through active listening and problem-solving
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Work independently while collaborating with a remote team to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
