What believers are saying

  • The March 2026 ASG 365 acquisition expands Northeast density and cybersecurity delivery.
  • September 2026 LBA Cybersecurity partnership broadens capabilities without a full cash acquisition.
  • The Navy IDIQ ceiling reached $249 million, giving a five-year capture pipeline.

What critics are saying

  • DoN obligated only $1,000 by July 2025, showing slow contract conversion.
  • The ITPartners+ roll-up depends on integrating 75 MSP conversations and preserving cultures.
  • A failed MSP integration or Navy award ramp can starve cash and trigger a collapse.

What makes IT Partners unique

  • ITPartners+ combines federal contracts with MSP roll-up acquisitions, spanning Navy work and private clients.
  • Kevin Damghani steers a collaboration-first model, not financial engineering, across 75 MSP targets.
  • 2026 MSP 501 and CRN recognition reinforce credibility with buyers and recruits.
