- Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces, muddy conditions, loose rock, and loose or soft sand.
- May be required to work in confined spaces and adverse weather conditions.
- Must communicate effectively with management and supervision.
- Must have talking, reading, and writing comprehension sufficient to give and receive directions and perform work and safety policies.
- Must work at various tempos, concentrate amid distractions, make decisions, and attend to details.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Operators to ensure work is performed safely, correctly, and timely.
- Inspect the quality of all work to ensure standards and specifications are met.
- Assist workers with their duties and resolve problems.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide feedback to ensure all materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the work.
- Assist other craft workers as needed.
