- Two to five years of experience for the Senior Consultant level or five to eight years for the Manager level, ideally in a recognized consulting firm or Data/AI boutique.
- Mandatory experience serving SBF120 or CAC40 accounts or scale-ups with significant organizational complexity, including transformation engagements lasting more than six months.
- Understanding of information-systems and data architecture, with the ability to distinguish trends from breakthrough innovation and test tools such as large language models and agents to understand their real-world limitations.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor by building trust with senior decision-makers through active listening, situational awareness, and reliability.
- Ability to synthesize information top-down, present compellingly to an executive committee in three slides, and go into technical detail when necessary.
- Strong analytical rigor and return-on-investment orientation, including the ability to quantify financial impact and manage execution with a strong focus on results.
- Lead the delivery of AI consulting engagements, including use-case framing, value analysis, information-systems, data and platform audits, and production of strategic plans, business cases, and AI roadmaps.
- Serve as the trusted client contact, manage day-to-day relationships, engage general management, C-level, information-systems, and Data/AI stakeholders, challenge ideas, and secure adoption through culture, governance, and ethics.
- Structure execution toward impact by transforming unclear needs into clear action plans from audit through minimum viable product and scale, prioritizing and steering workstreams using return-on-investment logic.
- Contribute, depending on level, to building the activity by designing AI Advisory offerings and methodologies, formalizing frameworks, and consolidating feedback from engagements.
- Develop business, depending on level, by identifying follow-on opportunities, leading presales, writing commercial proposals, and expanding client engagements.
- Experience in a recognized consulting firm or Data/AI boutique such as a Big Four firm, Capgemini Invent, Accenture, Artefact, Eleven, or AI Builders.
