Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant experience within the financial services industry required; 10+ years of consulting and/or Project/Program Management
  • In depth knowledge of banking products/systems and how FX risk impacts a bank
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills required ability to synthesize key messages and 'storytell'.
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
  • Ability to see the 'big picture' without losing attention to detail
  • Strong influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
  • In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required
  • Individual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and dissect/solve complex problems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • The candidate must be able to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • This role requires multi-tasking, organization and the ability to quickly acquire and comprehend the required knowledge
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus
Responsibilities
  • Drive execution efforts in the FXRBB Transformation book of work to on-time completion
  • Engage with various stakeholders across Treasury and Citi to ensure project objectives are met and all required governance and oversight requirements are met
  • Execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously
  • Proactively manage potential challenges to avoid developing into risks or issues
  • Produce and communicate status reports for Senior Management and Regulatory reviews
  • Engage with Finance COO and other internal stakeholders with regards to FXRBB Transformation efforts
  • Engage with IA on FXRBB related audits and transformation efforts
  • Identify processes for improvement and participate in process reengineering efforts
  • Utilize standard reporting processes
