The solution uses Mend.io's proprietary AI Weakness Enumeration framework, which assigns a severity score from one to 100 to vulnerabilities that could expose applications to prompt injection or data leakage. According to Gartner, 32% of organisations experienced attacks on AI applications targeting prompts in the past year. System Prompt Hardening offers automated detection, formal severity scoring and proactive remediation suggestions.
