Pipefitter / Metal Siding Installer
About the job
- At least 5 years of experience as a metal siding installer and/or pipefitter.
- Ability to perform tack-pointing assistance, measurement checks, rigging, material handling, and cold bending on small-diameter pipe.
- Knowledge of pipework accessories, pipe types, and metals used.
- Ability to read isometric and 3D plans.
- Ability to erect metal structures and install metal elements and cladding.
- Ability to use mobile elevating work platforms.
- Ability to apply safety rules and instructions.
- Ability to work at height and in a team.
- Autonomy, adaptability, rigor, responsiveness, and organizational ability.
- Assemble and dismantle metal structures fabricated in the workshop.
- Assemble the different components on the ground.
- Perform lifting operations and install the structure.
- Fasten the parts together.
- Comply with safety standards and instructions.
- Secure the worksite area.
