Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
A Tanker endorsement is required.
Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
An acceptable driving record in accordance with company and DOT standards.
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings under DOT regulation.
Understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and HAZMAT compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
Ability to lift and handle hoses and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
Ability to frequently climb, bend, stoop, and stand.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a tank wagon to transport and deliver DEF products.
Perform product deliveries using gravity drops and pump-off systems in accordance with company and regulatory procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required by DOT regulations.
Maintain compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) requirements.
Accurately complete delivery documentation, bills of lading, and electronic logging device (ELD) entries.
Follow spill prevention, emergency response, and environmental safety procedures.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all delivery locations.
Immediately report vehicle defects, safety concerns, or incidents.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Desired Qualifications
Previous DEF delivery experience.
Familiarity with metering systems, pumps, and delivery equipment.
Working knowledge of Georgia DEF delivery routes and regulations.
