  • 2+ Years experience working in a customer service or sales role
  • Experience as a proven leader in the context of a team environment
  • Strong familiarity with the Apple ecosystem
  • Experience helping customers with complex needs to be successful
  • Experience working in a Technical Support or Customer Success role
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong familiarity with Jamf products and relevant integrated technologies
  • Experience with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
Responsibilities
  • Hiring, training, development, and ongoing management of the Enterprise Customer Success team
  • Onboarding, operational training, resource management, and the growth and development of staff
  • Ownership and success of Enterprise accounts at Jamf
  • Improving processes and workflows to maximize team reach and impact
  • Interviewing and hiring employees into department
  • Assisting in training staff and ensuring processes are implemented effectively and efficiently
  • Providing resources to teams to achieve goals of customer retention
  • Acting as an escalation point for account escalation and remediation
  • Creating and improving processes for proactively engaging with customers
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive customer success
  • Serving as a consistent customer advocate to drive customer focus
  • Providing regular reports related to the achievement of team and individual goals
  • Developing growth plans for employees and nurturing leadership within the department
  • Engaging in performance management to hold staff accountable for metrics, goals, and deliverables
  • Building and improving team cohesion and a healthy work environment
  • Maintaining a high-level understanding of Jamf’s product portfolio and associated third-party solution
