Key Responsibilities

• In most cases, this is an Individual Contributor role.May manage a small group of engineers with specific responsibility for lab and office safety, technical mentoring as required within the engineering group. Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects.

• Ensure customer satisfaction via on time delivery of product releases and prompt resolution of critical significantly complex issues for entire range of products of complex scope

• Ensure the integration of engineering resources with cross-functional teams to meet product goals

• Interface with internal customers and suppliers regarding significantly complex electrical issues for entire range of RF, Microwave and Sensor products.

• Assist in defining, developing, implementing and sustaining product strategy and roadmap and business processes

• Guides projects/programs for the research and development of cost reduction, new technologies and quality improvement, as appropriate, and ensures that newly created processes, designs, and/or methodologies are incorporated into products/services, and/or disseminated to other areas, as needed

• Provides management with updates pertaining to progress in specific projects and initiatives, and assures that information required in other functional areas is disseminated appropriately

• Reviews product alpha/beta/gamma exit requirements and contributes expertise and judgment throughout the product development process

• This technical staff position leads and/or develops and executes exceptionally complex technology and engineering projects and leads research and development of new technologies and cost performance improvements as appropriate. Works on difficult issues that impact design and product success and/or addresses future concepts, products or technologies.Success is measured by one or more of the following: incremental revenue growth, market share increases, key customer penetrations, time to market improvement and commercial value of the work.

• Within safety guidelines design, perform, collect data, analyze and compile reports on unusually complex engineering experiments and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.

• Develop innovative solutions as part of proven track record of significant technology contributions.Recognized fortechnology expertise.

• Conceive and implement new technology, normally participate in at least one critical patent, and received recognition through at least one award within the last five years.

• Collaborates to work on difficult issues that impact design and product success and/or addresses future concepts, products and technologies.

Functional Knowledge

• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own job family like Matching Networks, RF and Micro Wave Generators, Plasma sources, Plasma processes for semiconductor manufacturing and and basic knowledge of other related job families on e-chucks and plasma metrology.

U.S. Salary Range:

$164,000.00 - $225,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
