- Master the Granicus Product Family Platforms for OneView / GovQA
- Create training plans and facilitate training sessions for Semi-Annual Training Conferences
- Train and enable customers to utilize the OneView CRM (primarily) and GovQA Public Records Software via online training sessions
- Facilitate webinars for current and prospective customers
- Provide additional consulting and training services as need arises
- Improve and design training resources and collateral for clients and internal peers
- Identify and troubleshoot training environment challenges and escalate as appropriate
- Work closely with Project Managers to advise on progress and share ideas
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members
- Interact with both internal team members and external customers (end-users)
- Ensure training deadlines are met and produced for on-time project deliverables
- Onsite travel to customer site is required for this role (up to 30%)
