- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, or equipment installation is required.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, fixtures, or basic wiring is required.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow build instructions is required.
- Ability to perform work involving bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
- Ability to provide basic hand tools is required.
- Assemble automated machinery and equipment by following drawings and schematics.
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical installations.
- Read blueprints and build machinery to print.
- Use hand and power tools, align machines, install components, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and some Saturdays as needed.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as required.
- Trade or vocational training is strongly preferred.
- Ability to obtain Hi-Lo, Aerial Platform, and Overhead Crane licenses while employed.
