Amaze Health is seeking an Account Coordinator to support both our members and our Account Management team. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Account Management team, helping ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility management, client support, and reporting while assisting members and employer groups as needed.
In this position, you'll support the day-to-day operations that help ensure a seamless experience for Amaze Health members and employer clients. You'll support enrollment and eligibility processes, maintain account data, resolve account-related issues, support client onboarding activities, and assist Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure accurate execution, timely follow-up, and exceptional service across our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Member & Client Support
- Respond to member, employer group, and HR team inquiries regarding Amaze Health benefits, services, enrollment, eligibility, and account access.
- Investigate and resolve account-related issues, including enrollment questions, welcome email concerns, and system access requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Account Managers to address client and member needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive member and client experience.
Operations & Enrollment Support
- Process enrollment and eligibility files, ensuring timely and accurate member account creation and updates.
- Upload and validate employee enrollment data, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to processing.
- Support onboarding and implementation activities for new employer groups, including account setup, eligibility changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account data to support operational efficiency and service excellence.
Reporting & Account Management Support
- Assist with client reporting, data requests, and enrollment activity tracking.
- Prepare reports, account updates, and supporting materials for client meetings and reviews.
- Support Account Managers by coordinating operational tasks, monitoring account changes, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Help coordinate client onboarding and implementation activities to support a smooth client experience.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, benefits administration, account coordination, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data, maintain accurate records, and identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience working with spreadsheets and reporting data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support members, employer groups, and internal stakeholders professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with healthcare benefits, enrollment and eligibility processes, HRIS, CRM, or benefits administration platforms.

- Pay range for this position is $58,000 – $70,000 annually.
