  • B.S in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience in building end-to-end solutions for networking customer-facing product
  • Experience with end-to-end products and networking infrastructure over terrestrial 3G/4G/5G or NTN networks
  • Familiar with wireless protocols and call flows in LTE, VoLTE, and SMS, be able to understand and analyze PCAP traces
  • Experience in demonstrating wireless products and solutions to customers and technology groups
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and ICMP
  • Good understanding of LTE and IOT device interfaces and protocols
  • Knowledge of Python, C, Java, and Shell programming languages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven record of customer engagement activities
  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities in the dynamic satellite and NTN connectivity field
  • Highly collaborative, attentive to detail, with a proven track record
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Mobile network operators and end device customers to support engineering activities including demos, proof of concepts, and joint integration activities
  • Work closely with internal cross functional teams to create a comprehensive tools to enhance the usage of NTN features catered to customer solutions
  • Provide hands on technical for customers developing NTN supported products and services
  • Be available to the customers and partners engaged and ensure to meet their engineering support requirements
  • Create comprehensive documentation and presentations supporting sales and product teams with emphasis on NTN and Hybrid connectivity
  • Integrate tools and triaging means for efficient signal metrics over satellite network elements
  • Work collaboratively with product management, core engineering, sales, and other support teams
