Requirements
  • 15–20+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, investment, or luxury real estate.
  • A proven track record as a Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, or Executive Director.
  • Strong exposure to the Dubai or Gulf Cooperation Council real estate market.
  • Experience managing high-value luxury or ultra-luxury developments.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and expansion roadmap.
  • Identify new market opportunities in the United Arab Emirates and international luxury markets.
  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment initiatives.
  • Drive sales performance across the ultra-luxury residential portfolio.
  • Develop global client acquisition strategies targeting ultra-high-net-worth investors.
  • Strengthen relationships with key brokers, wealth advisors, and private banks.
  • Oversee the full real estate lifecycle, including land acquisition, design, development, sales, and delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet ultra-luxury standards, timelines, and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Manage overall profit and loss, cash flow, and capital allocation.
  • Optimize operational structures and efficiencies.
  • Report to shareholders and the board on performance and strategy.
  • Elevate brand positioning locally and globally.
  • Represent AHS Properties at international forums, investor meetings, and industry events.
  • Build a strong reputation within ultra-high-net-worth and luxury real estate networks.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Align the organizational structure with growth ambitions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with branded residences or ultra-luxury developments.
  • Exposure to global markets, including Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, or prime luxury hubs.
  • An MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution.
