Requirements
  • Rising college senior or above, pursuing a degree in Engineering with emphasis on Analytics and Data Science
  • Must be able to work out of the San Ramon, CA headquarters this summer.
  • Must have a solid understanding of SQL and BI tools
  • Deep understanding and experience with modern R or Python frameworks for machine learning and deep learning
  • Hands-on experience applying machine learning to tackle real-world problems
Responsibilities
  • - Research real-world use cases for advanced analytics in contact centers with the business objective to improve customer experience
  • - Develop and evaluate machine learning models for analytics of contact center operational data
  • - Develop and present business cases to the stakeholders
  • - Collaborate closely with engineering to procure customer datasets
  • - Report and present findings and recommendations including results in the form of a final presentation to senior leader in Product Engineering
  • - Build dashboards and visualizations that deliver actionable business insights to improve/optimize contact center operations
