- A Doctor of Chiropractic degree and licensure in the State of Illinois are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint, is required.

- The candidate must be coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow.
- The candidate should be confident in chiropractic adjustment and case management.

- Provide chiropractic patient care and perform adjustments.
- Manage patient cases and contribute to clinic outcomes and growth.
- Support compliance with organizational policies, standards, applicable laws, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
- Protect organizational assets and maintain privacy and confidentiality of information.
- Report non-compliance and act with ethics and integrity.
- Assist with project completion and perform other related duties as needed.
- Provide information required for a Department of Motor Vehicles or equivalent agency background check.
- Final-year chiropractic students may qualify.
- Experience or interest in leadership, business development, and progression toward clinic director or regional leadership roles.
- Participation in performance coaching, clinical training, and leadership development.
