- Mandatory experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth.
- Experience with .NET and C#.
- Experience with MS-SQL or SQL Server.
- L2/L3 application support experience.
- Experience in Investments & Wealth or Core Banking.
- Knowledge of release management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance.
- Provide L2/L3 application support for Investments & Wealth applications.
- Work on applications built around SilverLake Investments & Wealth.
- Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure application quality.
- Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
- Work with development, quality assurance, and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
- Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using MS-SQL or SQL Server.
- Support application enhancements, fixes, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required.
- Follow established production support and change-management processes.
