What believers are saying

  • Rising Edge has wider group resources: it belongs to JAVA, a network spanning engineering and infrastructure businesses.
  • Edmonton operators receive overtime premiums: Rising Edge lists time-and-a-half after ten daily and forty weekly hours.
  • Fort Saskatchewan apprentices receive retirement matching: the listed Canadian plan increases employer contributions with years of service.

What critics are saying

  • Emergency crews face unpredictable hours: Rising Edge advertises maintenance callouts with teams ready to mobilize around the clock.
  • The Dow apprenticeship requires long weeks: its Fort Saskatchewan site lists 48 hours and no living-out allowance.
  • Edmonton equipment operators need experience: Rising Edge's temporary opening requires at least three years operating heavy machinery.

What makes Rising Edge Group unique

  • Fabrication follows a certified system: Rising Edge uses ISO 9001 quality controls for custom electrical equipment.
  • Customers retain maintenance histories: Rising Edge hosts test reports, deficiencies, schedules, and budgets in SharePoint.
  • Rising Edge's chief operating officer knows fieldwork: Justin Berube previously worked as a high-voltage journeyman electrician.
