- A bachelor's degree in teaching or a related field, or demonstrated experience in facilitation and pedagogy such as teaching, training, or community facilitation.
- Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and comfort working with varied groups.
- Organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong interest in personal finance and civic education.
- Excellent written and spoken French.
- Dynamism, rigor, and initiative.
- Facilitate thematic financial education workshops for varied audiences, including young adults, adults, and partner organizations.
- Adapt the facilitation approach to each group to encourage participation and interest.
- Prepare and update educational content and facilitation tools.
- Create or enhance educational materials for the VISER PLUS online training platform.
- Participate in designing new workshops and learning approaches.
- Complete follow-ups, evaluations, and statistics related to training activities.
- Participate in promotional activities such as kiosks, conferences, and events.
- Collaborate closely with the team to carry out the annual work plan.
- Occasionally support the team with administrative or communications tasks.
