  • Investigates which products current partners are utilizing and offers new solutions that will improve their business
  • Proactively identifies market opportunities and performs analysis to understand the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Analyzes and reports on the team's performance against department expectations
  • Works to prepare partners for sales and technical readiness by utilizing resources and investments to support partner growth
  • Negotiates opportunities, terms, discounts, and implementations
