Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience, ideally in information technology or engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of the technical-talent market.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the talent-acquisition strategy for information technology and engineering.
  • Identify, approach, and recruit specialized profiles, including consultants, experts, and engineers.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to respond quickly to resource needs.
  • Analyze client needs and define the required profiles.
  • Write and publish targeted job postings.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Follow candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop attraction strategies using LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the employer brand and TEHORA's visibility.
  • Monitor the employment market and recruitment trends.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting consultants or working in a professional-services firm.
  • Knowledge of information-technology profiles, including developers, architects, data specialists, and Internet of Things professionals, as well as engineering profiles.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant-tracking systems.
  • Experience recruiting in a request-for-proposal context.
  • Knowledge of employer-branding and human-resources marketing practices.
  • A professional network in information technology or engineering.
