The VP, Strategic Creative Production will partner in leading the end-to-end process of content creation across all video and social channels, from ideation to execution. This role will partner closely with the VP, Global Head of Creative Production to ensure that all creative executions ladder up to the SN Creative Org vision of being a consumer-centric, product led storytelling powerhouse. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product strategy, marketing objectives, and content output to build a center-of-excellence in the creative production of our product stories. As the strategic production lead of the studio, they will partner to oversee a team of directors, producers, editors, and a social media content team, balancing the strategic and operational demands of video and social content production. This role will interface directly with the SN ELT and cross-functional teams including Marketing, PD, Creative, Social & Media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film/Media, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale creative projects from concept to delivery, particularly in a consumer product or lifestyle brand setting.
- Strong knowledge of video production processes, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality content that drives engagement, supports brand growth, and aligns with strategic business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform creative direction and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey creative ideas and production requirements across diverse teams and stakeholders.
