  • Familiarity with image file formats commonly used in RAW pipelines (such as JPEG, TIFF, RAW)
  • Good understanding of image quality, including noise tuning, sharpening, and color

Responsibilities
  • Develop the next-generation imaging processing technologies on Apple platforms
  • Deeply understand and care about image quality and enjoy pixel-peeping inside images to tune noise, sharpness, and color
  • Develop new RAW image processing components and other imaging and graphics frameworks
  • Interface with 3rd parties DSLR vendors
  • Work on small and large cross-functional projects and interface with other software and hardware engineering teams

  • Good Experience with DSLR cameras
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Desire to grow and develop in a fast-paced development team
  • Familiarity with development/debugging tools (like Xcode, lldb, Instruments)
