Requirements

  • Less than one year of applicable experience.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or the Red Cross.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist providers and the nursing team in delivering professional medical care.
  • Perform pre-visit planning and room patients.
  • Obtain patient vital signs.
  • Use the electronic medical record system.
  • Scan and download documents.
  • Conduct telephone screening using established protocols.
  • Cover front-office duties as needed based on clinic needs.
  • Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
