About the job
- A minimum of two years of previous serving, back serving, or busing experience, preferably in fine dining, high-volume, or chef-driven environments.
- A valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a valid, state-approved work permit.
- Must be able to work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento location.
- Must be willing to learn, grow, and adapt to elite service standards.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and commitment to continuous education, including menu and beverage memorization.
- Work in synchronization with servers, sommeliers, and bartenders to support dining-room and bar service.
- Help provide an elevated hospitality experience and ensure service standards are met with every course.
