Quadel Consulting & Training

View

Quadel Consulting & Training provides consulting and training for public housing agencies across the United States, helping manage and improve Housing Choice Voucher programs, HUD-subsidized multifamily housing, LIHTC programs, and disaster recovery housing services. It blends private-sector productivity with public goals and uses QualCheck, a web-based system that monitors quality and performance for HCV and public housing programs. The firm distinguishes itself through real-world, senior-level housing management experience, nationwide reach, and tailored, hands-on partnerships rather than distant advisory services. Its mission is to partner with public and nonprofit organizations to maximize the effectiveness of housing programs and ensure safe, affordable homes for low-income families and special populations.
