Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an applicable field (e.g., technical or operations management).
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team, preferably in a complex series production environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or QRM.
  • Experience in a fast-growing start-up – or similarly demanding environment.
  • A creative, can-do attitude and a contagious drive.
  • Proactive and independent, requiring minimal direction.
  • Work meticulously and organized.
  • Ability to help a team see opportunities and turn them into successes.
  • Are a hands-on problem solver and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Problem-solving: having ownership, persistence, and being fact-based.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, organize, and motivate one of our manufacturing teams to meet business goals and improve (quality, lead times, safety, and costs).
  • Set and maintain processes.
  • Review and feedback to team members.
  • Teach, coach, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Apply World Class Manufacturing best practices to 100% custom, on-demand manufacturing.
  • Help lead the charge for implementing Lean Six Sigma and QRM in a traditionally non-lean environment.
  • Liaise and work directly with our supply chain, product, tech, and production teams to help iterate quickly and establish new processes.
  • Overview and drive multidisciplinary team projects.
  • You will report to the Plant Manager.
