Requirements
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with Team Foundation Server version control system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team orientation
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Have understanding of real-time control software architectures embedded real-time operating system application design using threads and inter-process communication, structured code, abstraction, and device drivers
Responsibilities
  • Assists with designing, developing, debugging, testing, and supporting software for material handling solutions
  • Follows the design process to create solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Works with the team to create and implement the solutions
  • Works closely with the software/electrical engineering team to integrate control solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in material handling, distribution center or warehouse automation a plus
  • Knowledge of Java or .NET Framework
  • Knowledge of C#, VB or C/C++
  • Knowledge of SQL or Oracle Server
  • Application development using Microsoft technologies
  • ASP.net, AJAX, Java Script, JQuery, HTML5 a plus
  • Mobile Software Development and WPF and XAML technologies a plus
  • Developing inter-process communication (TCP/IP socket of WCF) a plus

Japanese company Daifuku has acquired 100% of shares in Eisenmann GmbH from current shareholder Nimbus Hands-on Investors. The acquisition strengthens Daifuku's manufacturing systems business for the automotive industry, particularly in painting and surface treatment. Eisenmann specialises in innovative automation technologies and sustainable solutions for painting and final assembly, primarily serving European automotive and industrial component manufacturers. Daifuku operates production and sales bases across 24 countries, with automobile production line systems forming a core business. The acquisition enables Daifuku to offer more comprehensive coverage in automotive and industrial manufacturing, from quotation through to after-sales support, tailored to European standards.
