Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort with sales, margins, inventory, and other business numbers.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily case management in assigned platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.
- Manage all facets of the business on the assigned platform and oversee marketplace operations.
- Set up and oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and data feeds on the assigned platform.
- Assist with optimizing and updating product images and catalog details.
- Identify new business opportunities on the assigned platform to increase online sales and inventory efficiency, and manage client relationships.
- Drive traffic and direct customers to new or promotional products through search engine optimization and listing optimization.
- Ensure processes for the assigned platform work effectively and proactively identify process-improvement ideas.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with ecommerce platforms, Amazon Marketplace, and/or Walmart Marketplace.
- Mandarin language proficiency.
