Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction business engineering.
  • Several years of experience in construction or project management in turnkey building construction.
  • Application-ready knowledge of VOB, contract administration, and construction execution.
  • Open and goal-oriented communication skills, assertiveness, and strong commitment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and steer the project team toward successful delivery of turnkey building construction projects.
  • Coordinate and monitor construction execution with a focus on results.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, authorities, specialist engineers, and internal interfaces.
  • Contribute substantially to awarding contracts to and selecting suitable subcontractors, and support technical questions with expertise.
  • Take economic and technical responsibility for projects.
