Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma

Responsibilities
  • Assisting patients with education related to behavioral health visits
  • Providing technical support for telehealth visits
  • Supporting clinicians by accessing vitals and relevant data
  • Procurement of patient referral documents
  • Acting as a liaison between clinicians and facility staff
  • Completing assigned BHI cases within required timeline
  • Providing assistance to clinicians by recording relevant data
  • Maintaining responsibility for MediTelecare equipment
  • Working closely with clinicians to ensure smooth patient visits
