Description
We are looking for Cabinet Assemblers to join our team at JSI Cabinetry! Assemblers will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing cabinets according to standard operating procedure. This position involves using various tools, equipment and materials to ensure high-quality craftmanship and the timely completion of projects.
This role is based on a performance- based pay structure with weekly earning potential tied directly to productivity. Higher weekly output results in a higher total hourly rate. Our rates range from $17.00 - $26.32 hourly, with most employees averaging $18- $21, while high performers can earn more.
Key Responsibilities:
