Key Responsibilities
1. Drive S&OP execution across BUs and SPG Level.
- Works with Marketing, Sales and/or Business Management experience, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and across Business Units leaders to derive a unified business plan that optimizes segment and enterprise business performance.
- Maintain the cadence for the business processes
- Develops processes that drives deliverables and accountability
- Communicate and cascade the aligned plan to key stakeholders
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the S&OP process.
2. Either manage a Division(s) or P&L, or a Segment operational Program Management Office.
3. Develop and drive cross-functional execution of’ programs across Multiple Regions/ BUsand/or Applied Segments to meet and exceed business and financial goals.
4. Coordinate product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment. Manage division COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans, linearity, build plan to deliver GM (gross margin) targets. Drive planning and operational execution to ensure optimal balance sheet performance, including optimization of cash and inventory management.
5. Achieve tactical alignment of the division’(s) objectives with segment and AMAT plans. Own multiple interface points with Segments/Functions outside of division including supply chain, AGS
6. Responsible for business process creation and drive specific plans for continuous improvement
7. Reduce E2E BU cycle time from receipt of order to customer delivery and from product development to product retirement
8. Ensure all ePLC (enhanced product lifecycle) project operational deliverables are supported and completed. Obtain/allocate necessary operations resources as required.
9. Develop and Drive cross divisional programs

U.S. Salary Range:
$172,000.00 - $237,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
